To achieve a technological breakthrough, recommendations are proposed for the transformation of the construction industry, considering the use of digital construction, digital architecture, and intelligent systems. The main impact aspects of the digital economy on the construction industry are formulated. The fact that the transformation of the construction industry in the era of the digital economy needs a deep adaptation to new technological processes indicates the relevance of research in this direction.
An important factor in the modern transformation of society is digital transformation, which has many implementations. Digitalization of society is the basis for its innovative development. Digital transformation creates synergistic effects in management and production. The accumulated experience of management and production gives reason to introduce the term “digital management” and digital management technology. Currently there is a tendency to increase the importance of digital technologies in the economic systems’ development. This is what led to the emergence of the digital economy and its development. At the same time as in any new economic and technological direction there are a number of specific problems in this area. One of the main issues is the vagueness of terminology. It is associated either with a one-sided construction of definitions, or with an incorrect construction method. Digital technologies, including digital management, are becoming a generator of modern economic development. Digital control methods are changing the structure of control systems, which is clearly manifested in the digital railway and digital twin technologies. To solve this problem, the principles of the digital economy, defined by D. Tapscott, are investigated. This problem is caused by a large number of vague or incorrect interpretations of this direction. The article examines digital transformation as a phenomenon and essence. It is proved that digital management is a consequence of the digital economy and the digital transformation of society.

The key objective of the study is a retrospective statistical indicators’ analysis of innovative development of Russian regions over the past decades. As part of the search for solutions to overcome the “technological impasse” and to reduce dependence on foreign technologies and raw materials export orientation, it is advisable to rely on the implementation of the innovative potential of all regions of the country due to the limited technological and scientific capabilities of individual existing leading regions. It is necessary to accelerate the transition from the current export-raw materials model of economic development to resource-innovative, assuming harmonious development, considering the innovative potential realization of the entire country territory. To fulfill the tasks set in the study, an assessment of innovative progress in Russia on a territorial basis using mathematical and statistical methods was carried out. In the course of the work, it was found that among the regions of the country there is a high degree of difference in the level of innovative financing and, as a consequence, in the pace of innovative development. There are several main leaders on which the main scientific activity and the production of high-tech products are based. Most of the regions show a significant lag, which is primarily due to the high concentration of innovation activity in only a few key points of the country.
This article is devoted to the structure study of Russian industrial export in the regional context in order to determine the weight of individual regions in domestic foreign trade in industrial goods, as well as the role of cross-border exports in the economic various regions’ development of the country. To identify the economy dependence of individual Russian regions on the export of industrial products, this study uses statistical data from the Federal Customs Service on Russian export in a regional context. Next this information is compared with information from local territorial statistical committees on the certain types’ production of industrial products in the studied regions. The analysis of statistical data using graphical and tabular methods made it possible to conclude that foreign trade plays a significant role in industrial production in a number of country regions. Based on the existing and potential sanctions restrictions, the current situation with the export orientation of industries’ number creates significant risks for the further economic development of certain regions and republics of the Russian Federation. The study purpose is to identify trends and development patterns of innovative technologies in the field of healthcare using data mining methods. The research methodology is based on the methods’ application of information messages’ text analysis. The data set was formed by parsing publications from Google RSS feeds and PubMed database for the period 2018–2022. To analyze the generated data sets, a dynamic modification of the BERTopic natural language processing model and the Bibliometrix library were used. To assess the differences in the structure of publications in the annual section, the Wilcoxon T-test was applied. The data sets contain 10,307 informational messages from leading publishers and 4,673 scientific publications. Four most relevant areas of research for the healthcare sector have been identified: 1) adaptive management in the field of healthcare; 2) information technologies in healthcare; 3) resource provision of medical organizations; 4) medical care for diseases. The most actively developing direction is related to the use of information technology. The number of publications on this issue in 2022 increased by 137.42% compared to 2020. The analysis of qualitative and quantitative data presented in the article allows us to reveal the content of the assessment tools and indicates the possibility of comparative monitoring of the results of the IACQE at the regional and municipal levels for each subject of Russia. The study results offer guidelines to the scientific and pedagogical community to improve the procedure for conducting the IACQE, which will contribute to the effectiveness of decisions taken by state and local authorities on the development of education accessibility, as well as to ensure at the regional and municipal level the quality of conditions for the educational activities’ implementation for all interested participants.
SCIENTIFIC REVIEWS
Entering the markets of Asian countries and developing cooperation with their business structures are important tasks, which makes it relevant to study current trends in economic and management changes in these countries. This work is a review of a book on the Asian experience of digitalization and sustainable development, as well as published by one of the leading international publishing houses. It contains nine chapters, the contents of which are analyzed, summarized and interpreted (where necessary). Basically, the book authors draw attention to the active, but in some places only the initial course of transformations, which not only respond to the current challenges of socio-economic development, but also form fundamentally new ones. The book identifies some features of management practices (at the state and corporate levels) that reflect different approaches to digitalization and acquisition of sustainability, preferred in Asian countries. The inextricable connection of economic and managerial transformations with social development in general is shown. Special attention is paid to the urgent need for personnel (including management personnel) with specific competencies, which has already been encountered in a number of Asian countries. During the review, certain shortcomings of the publication were identified, in particular, the excessive mixing of the “western” and “eastern” visions. Nevertheless, the book is recommended to domestic specialists for a deeper understanding of the economic transformations currently taking place in Asia.
