Abstract

In modern conditions, the system of interaction between the university and representatives of the real sector of the economy is one of the key factors of competitiveness. In this regard, the development of a model of interaction “university - industrial enterprise” is especially relevant. The purpose of the study is to confirm the hypothesis that the graduate is the main source of partnerships for universities. The objectives of the study are: analysis of the current partnerships between the university and the graduate of the largest technical universities of the Russian Federation; determination of the levels of interaction between the university and representatives of the real sector of the economy (industrial enterprises); development of a “motivation ladder” for the graduate on the way to his transformation from an applicant who considers the university from the point of view of an assistant at the start of professional activity to a strategic partner - an industrial enterprise that considers the university as a source of research competencies; the development of an original model of interaction “university - industrial enterprise” based on the principles of crowdfunding and managing the grad[1]uate development cycle as a partner from the applicant to the employer . The authors developed a “motivational triad”, reflecting the predictive utility of cooperation in the long term. To confirm the practical significance of the conducted study, digital communication outlines were designed that describe key business processes and the achieved result at each level of interaction between the university and industrial enterprises, which can be integrated into the digital infrastructure of universities. The research described in this article was carried out using the methods of observation, collection, analysis and systematization of information.

Sociological and empirical research methods are widely used in the work. The main results of the study can be considered the introduction of an integral indicator of the level of digital intelligence of business systems; the formation of an enterprise business model in the context of digitalization; the derivation of the dependence of the integral indicator of the level of digital intelligence and profitability of enterprises; the establishment of a correlation between the growth of gross income of large enterprises in Russia and its GDP.

Abstract

The article discusses management techniques of reforming the management system of the housing and community amenities of the metropolis, associated with the use of innovative technologies. The idea is substantiated that the “blockchain” technology can significantly increase the quality of public services: reduce data processing time and decrease the number of requests for the necessary information. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the possibility of bringing the provision of housing and community amenities to a fundamentally new level, to increase public confidence in the work of state bodies. The authors pay the main attention in the work to the analysis of the openness and transparency of new technologies, as well as preservation guarantees of personal data in the provision of public services. The authors propose possible directions for the application and development of “blockchain” technology in the public sector, as well as a mechanism for the formation of special automated “smart rules” that can be used for the public sector. The authors’ proposal is to create normative legal or administrative acts not just in a machine-readable format, but as “smart rules” is of fundamental importance. The introduction of such an order significantly optimizes the automation of management, because new legislation will not require automation – it will initially be published in the form of directly performed by means of automation of data processing, which do not require human participation.

Abstract

Active sanctions against Russia, including in the field of information technology, lead to a situation where the dependence of organizations on software products non-Russian origin may be a serious problem. Consequently, the task of analyzing the Russian software market, to which this article is devoted, seems relevant. The authors have reviewed one of the software classes – automation systems for real estate management, Computer Aided Facilities Management (hereinafter – CAFM-systems) in a foreign terminology. The article deals with the evaluation and ranking of software products, on the basis of which recommendations for their use in projects are formulated. For this purpose, a list has been formed consisting of twelve Russian CAFM-systems registered in the Unified Register of Russian Computer Programs and Databases; a set of evaluation parameters has been developed, divided into two groups – functional and non-functional parameters; an evaluation methodology using mathematical decision-making methods has been proposed; a group of experts has been formed; an expert evaluation and ranking of systems according to the developed methodology was conducted; a rating of systems with an indication of the companies-developers has been built. The results of the study show that the Russian market of CAFM-systems has been formed and provides customers interested in software products of this class with a fairly wide range of alternatives for choice. The conducted research, on the one hand, has practical value for specialists working with such software products, and, on the other hand, scientific value expressed in the proposed holistic methodology of market analysis, which can be extended to other types of software products by specifying a set of comparison parameters.

Abstract

The article examines the possible prospects for the development of the Russian economy due to the intensification of the processes of digital transformation. The eventuality of Russia’s digital transformation is due to many mutually influencing aspects: the development of Industry 4.0; the processes of redistribution of world domination; the accumulated potential of the Russian Federation and ambitious tasks that need to be solved in an accelerated mode to achieve the national goal of competitiveness and stability of the state. In the presented study a review of scientific publications on the topic of the digital economy and its transformation is made, the article identifies the areas of study of the issue. Along with this, an analysis of the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation in terms of ensuring the processes of digital transformation is made. An important aspect of the study is the analysis of foreign experience of digital transformation, which has both success and certain problems that need to be addressed in medium– and long-term state planning programs. The unconditional parameter of the implementation of the digital transformation of the Russian Federation is the participation in the global confrontation of countries with the target of accelerated technological development, and in the future – the formation of digital superiority to ensure the stability of the state development. The success of the national program «Digital Economy» depends on the targeted order of impact on all objects of the socio–economic systems of the Russian Federation, and in the next five years the Russian state should improve the efficiency of the use of information technologies.

Abstract

The article considers the digital platform as an integration resource in the field of international trade. The author proves that in order to use the digital platform more effectively, it is necessary to solve a number of key issues. So, at present, a common understanding of the digital platform and other related categories has not been developed in the research and analytical literature. The article emphasizes that the rules of using a digital platform in the field of international trade remain unclear for Russian business, therefore, the lack of legalization of this type of digital innovation affects its low demand in the business circles. The paper emphsizes that in the context of the regionalization of the world economy, a clear and unambiguous understanding of those areas that are priorities in the economic policy pursued by the state is of particular importance for Russian business. The author believes that the era of globalization of the world economy is coming to an end, and it is being replaced by a period of regionalization. In the context of territorial disintegration and increasing competition, the role of the digital platform as a factor that significantly reduces the costs of doing international business will increase. In the course of the research, both general scientific methods of cognition and narrow-profile ones peculiar to such branches of knowledge as the management theory, law and economics were used.

Abstract

The concept of polysensory branding and the problem of its adaptation to the web environment are investigated. The content specificity, genesis and psychological basis of the concept of polysensory branding are carried out. The article analyzed the «Smash your brand» technique, developed by Martin Lindstrom, in order to test the communicative effectiveness of the twelve components of the brand identity system, focused on different channels of perception. In order to scientifically substantiate the practical significance of the tools of polysensory branding and sensory marketing in an offline environment, the results of an empirical study conducted under the guidance of the author are considered. The empirical research is aimed at the identifying the impact features of the of the brand’s olfactory communication system on consumers. The study reveals the dependence of brand perception and consumer activity on the specifics of marginal suggestive aromatization of the store’s sales area. The problem of the limitations of sensory channels of brand communications in the web environment is studied, in particular, the impossibility of mechanical transfer of polysensory branding tools to the web environment due to technical limitations, as well as the peculiarities of the psychology of perception and behavior of online users. As a result of the conducted study, possible channels and tools for the implementation of brand polysensory web communications are identified and systematized, the author’s psychological model of the brand’s multi-channel communicative field is developed, which includes a mechanism for adapting offline channels of polysensory branding to the web communication environment.
