ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT IN VARIOUS FIELDS

Abstract

The problem of environmental-oriented enterprise management in the digital economy has been considered. Areas of digitalization of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, contributing to greening activities have been analyzed. As a result of the analysis of agricultural activity, the mechanisms for the consumption of resources and the waste arising as secondary resources have been determined. Zoning the territory and comparing the consumption of lubricants and the degree of contamination during the operation of agricultural equipment have been proposed. Based on the study of the equipment of agricultural enterprises in the Rostov region and the modes of their operation, the volumes of lubricant consumption have been analyzed and the company’s strategies for reducing the amount of used oils have been offered. Importance of advanced training of environmental-oriented management personnel for the agro-industrial complex in the interests of sustainable development has been designated. The proposals of the State University of Management for the training of personnel in the business of secondary resources, taking into account the need to address the environmental and economic problems of the agro-industrial complex, have been presented. The main factors of competitiveness of educational programs for the training of environmental-oriented personnel, based on the Department of Environmental Management and Environmental Safety of the State University of Management, ensuring the implementation of training with environmental management education, owning digital management methods, have been considered. As in the process of studying under this program, master students, based on the accumulated pedagogical long-term experience of the department, scientific, methodical and material and technical base for training personnel for the field of environmental safety, rational environmental management and resource saving, integrated safety of high-risk objects of the economy and natural-man-made complexes, can get a modern economic and managerial education, giving the opportunity to work in various organizational and managerial systems of sectoral, municipal, regional and territorial level, as well as in enterprises.

Abstract

Automobilization is one of key factors of development of developed and emerging countries’ economy, therefore existence of the created, competitive automotive industry is the most important prerequisite of successful social and economic development of subjects of the world economy. The present stage of development of world automotive industry in the conditions of digitalization indissolubly and everywhere is connected with implementation of new technologies and also with transformation of commodity structure of production in which the significant share belongs to vehicles of new type. The purpose of this article was the research of digital aspects of transformation of world automotive industry on the example of the market of electric vehicles. It was established, that exhaustion of natural resources and the high prices of primary energy sources lead to gradual replacement in the market of vehicles in favor of electric vehicles. The structure of the modern world market of electric vehicles, which segments have different dynamics of development has been presented in the article. The main advantages and shortcomings of electric vehicles have been revealed. The last are in many respects caused by unavailability of national economies to essentially new industry. It has been established, that intensive development of the world market of electric vehicles will depend in the long term on modification of strategy of the international manufacturing companies as a result of digitalization and a new wave of scientific and technical progress. It as been proved that the Asian market of electric vehicles will develop the advancing rates in comparison with other regional markets. Improvement of measures of the state support of the electromobile industry remains relevant aspect for all countries of the world. In Russia existence of natural restrictions both in the sphere of production, and in the sphere of consumption, slows down development of the market of electric vehicles, including its hybrid segment.

Abstract

General trends in the Russian advertising market are observed in the pharmaceutical segment as well as in the others. Advertising, implementing during distance advanced training, which is mandatory for pharmacists and medical workers, extension of analytics capabilities on digital sites and increasing consumer awareness has become the trend of recent years. The digital segment of the pharmaceutical market lags significantly behind the same segment in other areas, for example, in the market of daily demand goods, but the situation is beginning to change. In the shifting digital environment of the market, advertising service providers need to adapt to new conditions and offer the client (the manufacturer of pharmaceuticals or the agency that represents its interests) advertising campaigns most relevant for their needs. In order to optimize the time spent by employees on the designing the advertising campaigns, as well as to speed up the training of new employees, the authors of the article have created a methodology for quick construction of advertising campaigns, based on 4 main issues. It requires the choice of the segment to which the customer belongs, from the three proposed options, the assessment of its goals and objectives, the budget and special wishes for advertising options, as well as the choice of the promotion period. The method has shown its effectiveness in practice, as evidenced by the description of three cases of its verification on real clients. An analysis of the directions of advertising, recommendations on the use of new opportunities in the pharmaceutical advertising market in Russia, as well as a detailed analysis of the answers to each of the questions, when designing an advertising campaign in this market have been made in the article.

Abstract

The current crisis is primarily related to the economic situation in some countries. An economic aspect of the functioning of national economies, including the problem of the dynamics of gross domestic product, economic growth of quantitative (quantitative) character and economic development, which takes a qualifying (qualitative) character, as well as other indicators that describe the current economic situation have been analyzed in the article. This analysis allows us to determine whether this country is in a phase of growth or development, or in a phase of crisis, which can be understood synthetically as a decrease in production in the economy that lasts longer than two quarters.

The crisis, however, from a different point of view has been analyzed in the research, a completely different matter of the crisis has been presented, and not its economic aspect . Continuous growth or economic development should theoretically сontribute for improving the quality of people’s life. Economic growth in the national economy on a “macro” scale leads to the growth and development of individual households, which in a simplified form can be called an increase in prosperity. The same expectations of society - economic growth should affect the improvement of living conditions of the ordinary citizen. A similar situation should look like during the economic crisis. Times of macroeconomic crisis - the crisis also of the individual household, the need to “tighten the belt.” However, in times of economic prosperity, a person is also forced to function in parallel in a crisis, that affects every major city, regardless of the growth or crisis of the national economy, lack of jobs, production cuts, rising unemployment, etc. Here we are talking about a specific crisis, which reveals itself in the worsening of the quality of the environment of human functioning - the environment in which a person is daily and meets his needs.

Abstract

The article has been devoted to the system analysis of supply chains digital integration. The main goal is to study the practical significance of the blockchain in terms of digital integration of supply chains, to identify areas for further development. World experience of implementing blockchain projects in supply chains has been analyzed, trends in the use of digitalization technologies in logistics have been identified, components of digital supply chain integration have been considered.

The general scheme of work with information is the collection of relevant data from news messages, evaluation of requests on the Internet by statistics analysis tools “Yandex. Choice of words” and “Google Trends”, analysis of legal and law enforcement documents using the search and analytics capabilities reference-legal systems, study of intellectual property through the service “Yandex. Patents». Systematization of the data was carried out by expert methods by the specialists of the Logistics Department from the State University of Management. The phenomenon of the popularity of the term “blockchain” has been examined, a plenty of papers, news articles, legal acts, devoted to the blockchain (distributed registry) and related with it technologies has been studied.

The shortcomings of the blockchain, complicating the practical commercial application of technology in logistics and the economy as a whole, has been systematized; domestic legal support, regulating the issues of blockchain, cryptocurrency and related concepts has been analyzed; innovations (technologies, inventions, platforms and systems), related to the digitalization of the economy have been classified, and the components of digital integration of supply chains and logistics business processes have been formulated.

The results of this study can be used to consolidate information about the opportunities and problems of blockchain in connection with related technologies, as well as in making decisions about the application of blockchain in logistics in order to integrate modern supply chains.
