Цифровая экономика развивается быстрыми темпами и обладает высокой степенью влияния на отрасли народного хозяйства в целом, в том числе и на строительную отрасль. Исходя из того, что цифровая экономика способствует масштабным изменениям в методах, управлении, образе жизни и является ключевой силой в реорганизации глобальных элементов и ресурсов, в статье проанализированы актуальные тренды внедрения, пути и проблемы цифровой трансформации строительной отрасли, возникшие в период 2022–2023 гг. Учитывая, что одной из важнейших целей развития цифровой трансформации строительной отрасли выступает реализация промышленного интеллекта, цифровые инновации оказывают значительное влияние на скорость развития предпринимательства, открывают возможности для постоянного улучшения бизнес-процессов. В статье обозначены современные тенденции цифровой трансформации строительной отрасли Российской Федерации (далее – РФ), методы их внедрения, их взаимосвязь, проблемы, возможные направления и применения. Наряду с теоретическим анализом предложены практические аспекты внедрения трендов цифровой трансформации в строительную отрасль РФ. Для достижения технологического прорыва представлены рекомендации по трансформации строительной отрасли с учетом применения цифрового строительства, цифровой архитектуры, интеллектуальных систем. Сформулированы основные аспекты влияния цифровой экономики на строительную отрасль. Факт того, что трансформация строительной отрасли в эпоху цифровой экономики нуждается в глубокой адаптации к новым технологическим процессам, свидетельствует об актуальности исследования в данном направлении.
Digital economy is developing rapidly and has a deep degree of influence on the national economy sectors as a whole, including the construction industry. Based on the fact that the digital economy contributes to large-scale changes in methods, management, lifestyle and is a key force in the reorganization of global elements and resources, the article analyzes current trends in implementation, ways and problems of digital transformation of the construction industry that arose in the period 2022–2023. Considering that one of the most important development goals of the construction industry digital transformation is the implementation of industrial intelligence, digital innovations have a significant impact on the business development speed, open up opportunities for continuous improvement of business processes. The article outlines the current trends in the digital transformation of the construction industry of the Russian Federation, methods of their implementation, their interrelation, problems, possible directions and applications. Along with the theoretical analysis practical introduction aspects of digital transformation trends in the construction industry of the Russian Federation are demonstrated. To achieve a technological breakthrough, recommendations are proposed for the transformation of the construction industry, considering the use of digital construction, digital architecture, and intelligent systems. The main impact aspects of the digital economy on the construction industry are formulated. The fact that the transformation of the construction industry in the era of the digital economy needs a deep adaptation to new technological processes indicates the relevance of research in this direction.
