Цель исследования – выявить ключевые проблемы в управлении современной организацией в условиях стремительного внедрения инструментов искусственного интеллекта. В статье рассмотрены основополагающие вопросы применения термина «цифровое управление», а также особенности развития и формирования цифрового управления в современных реалиях. Отмечены факторы, стимулирующие трансформацию менеджмента в цифровых компаниях. Рассмотрены несколько прогнозов относительно увеличения валового внутреннего продукта, а также производительности труда за счет применения технологий на основе искусственного интеллекта, приведены наиболее развитые в части применения искусственного интеллекта сферы бизнеса. Наряду с этим перечислены и основные вызовы, с которыми сталкиваются компании при внедрении технологий на основе искусственного интеллекта. Затронут вопрос управления человеческими ресурсами и изменений процесса управления в будущем в связи с развитием инструментов на основе технологий искусственного интеллекта. По мнению авторов, развитие цифровой экономики неизбежно приведет к трансформации управленческой деятельности и перераспределению значимости и важности функций управления. Сделан вывод о преимуществах использования цифровых технологий в управленческой деятельности и перспективных направлениях их дальнейшего использования.

The purpose of the work is a comprehensive analysis and key problems identification of a modern organization management in the context of the rapid implementation of artificial intelligence tools. The article discusses the fundamental issues of the term “digital management” use, as well as the features of the digital management development and formation in modern realities. The authors noted the factors that stimulate management transformation in digital companies. The authors analyze several forecasts regarding GDP increase, as well as productivity due to the use of technologies based on artificial intelligence, provide the most developed business areas in terms of the use of artificial intelligence. Along with this, the authors also list the main challenges that companies face when implementing artificial intelligence technologies. Another important issue raised in the article is human resource management and how the management process will change in the future due to the development of tools based on artificial intelligence technologies. The authors conclude that the development of the digital economy will inevitably lead to the transformation of management activity and the redistribution of the significance and importance of management functions. The conclusion is made about the advantages of using digital technologies in management and promising areas for further use.
