Оборонно-промышленный комплекс составляет важную часть экономики Российской Федерации. Вектор развития отечественного оборонно-промышленного комплекса определяют национальные интересы государства и разработанные в соответствии с ними государственные программы развития комплекса.Целью исследования является систематизация факторов как внешнего, так и внутреннего характера, влияющих на развитие оборонно-промышленного комплекса страны. В исследовании решались задачи оценки состояния и перспектив развития рассматриваемого комплекса, идентификации и группировки факторов, оказывающих влияние на состояние и динамику его развития. В качестве основных методов исследования применялись анализ, обобщение, диалектика и рассмотрение объекта исследования во времени.В статье проанализировано современное состояние отечественного оборонно-промышленного комплекса, рассмотрены ориентиры его развития. Приведены динамика количества предприятий, входящих в состав комплекса, их отраслевая структура, темпы изменения объемов промышленной продукции, произведенной предприятиями рассматриваемого комплекса, в том числе на экспорт. Представлена классификация факторов, оказывающих влияние на развитие указанного комплекса, которую целесообразно учитывать при разработке и реализации управленческих решений по вопросам достижения устойчивости комплекса.
The defence industry complex is an important part of the country’s economy. The vector of development of the Russian Defence Industry Complex is determined by the national interests of the state and the relevant state programmes for the complex' development .The purpose of the study is to systematise the factors, both external and internal, affecting the development of the Russian Defence Industry Complex. The study solves the problems of assessing the state and prospects of the complex' development in question, of identifying and grouping factors which influence the state and dynamics of its development. The main research methods used were analysis, generalisation, dialectics and consideration of the object of study in time.The article analyses the current state of the domestic defence industry complex, considers the guidelines for its development. The study demonstrates the dynamics of the enterprises number of this complex, their sectoral structure, the rate of change in the volume of industrial products produced by enterprises of this complex, including for export. The classification of factors influencing the defence industry' development is presented, which it is advisable to take into account when developing and implementing management decisions on issues of achieving the sustainability of the Russian Defence Industry Complex.
